Cancellation Policy

Booking cancelled 30 days or more before check-in: 75% refund OR full amount adjustment for future booking.
Booking cancelled between 15 to 30 days before check-in: 25% refund OR full amount adjustment.
Booking cancelled between 7 to 15 days before check-in: No refund, but full amount can be adjusted in future booking.
Booking cancelled less than 7 days before check-in: No refund, no adjustment & 100% retention charges apply.

During peak seasons, weekends, or extended holidays (Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Good Friday, etc.), separate cancellation policies may apply depending on the hotel. Prices may also vary during these periods.

Refund Policy

If payment is made via payment gateway, refunds may take 10–15 working days.
Guests must provide bank details or preferred payment mode for processing refunds.
For UPI or bank transfer payments (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, etc.), refunds are processed within 3 working days.
Refunds can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or credited back to your card.
